FAQ

Air Separation Units (ASU) are primarily used to separate air into industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. These gases are widely applied in steel smelting, chemical processes, electronics industry, medical care, energy and food and beverage packaging to meet the needs of different industries.

The PSA nitrogen generator uses molecular sieves to absorb oxygen in the air at room temperature to produce pure nitrogen quickly and efficiently, suitable for small and medium-sized users, with low investment and flexible start-stop.
The cryogenic air separation device cools the air to liquefaction and then separates it through distillation. It can obtain high-purity oxygen, nitrogen and argon at the same time, suitable for large steel, chemical, energy and other high-demand industries.

In general, the service life of PSA devices is about 10–15 years, and deep-cooled air separation devices can last more than 20 years. Regular replacement of molecular screens, valve inspection, cleaning of filters and cryogenic heat exchangers can greatly extend equipment life and ensure stable operation.
