															The membrane separation nitrogen maker and the PSA pressure pressure adsorption nitrogen maker have much the same flow, the air is compressed, purified, the nitrogen is separated, and finally in the nitrogen buffer tank. The difference lies in the different ways of separating and removing nitrogen, membrane separation mainly uses central control fiber membranes for nitrogen and oxygen separation. System structure and working principle
- A four-tower containerized nitrogen generator typically consists of a container housing, an air compressor unit, a freeze dryer, an air filter, a gas storage tank, and an adsorption tower assembly. The containerized design facilitates transportation and installation; simply connect the power supply and compressed air lines to the system. Its core component is a PSA unit equipped with four adsorption towers (two dual-tower adsorption systems): one adsorption tower produces nitrogen from the separated gas stream, while the other simultaneously regenerates the adsorption bed, achieving continuous nitrogen production.
- During operation, pre-treated, dry, clean compressed air enters the adsorption tower. Oxygen molecules, due to their rapid diffusion rate, are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, while nitrogen flows out of the tower and is sent to the crude nitrogen tank. After a period of adsorption, the saturated adsorption tower switches to desorption and regeneration mode, restoring the molecular sieve's adsorption capacity through decompression or backflushing. This alternating cycle ensures continuous and stable nitrogen output. This four-tower configuration further improves nitrogen production capacity per unit time and system redundancy, maintaining efficient and long-term operation.
