The combined dryer is a highly efficient system that integrates a “refrigerated air dryer” with a “micro-heat regenerative adsorption dryer.”
It adopts a patented new process and innovative flow design to achieve a low-energy, energy-saving operating mode.
By combining the high-efficiency pre-treatment function of the refrigerated dryer with the deep dehumidification capability of the micro-heat adsorption dryer, the equipment effectively meets users’ requirements for stable dew point and high dryness of gas. This product brings together multiple advantages, providing a high-performance and environmentally friendly air-drying solution.

Combined dryer process flow
 
															After compression, the air first enters the combined dryer. Since the compression process increases the gas temperature, the air is first cooled in the high-efficiency precooler, and then further cooled in the evaporator to around 2°C.
At this pressure dew point, most of the water vapor condenses into liquid water, which is discharged by the automatic drain, and then passes through the precision filter to further remove residual moisture and impurities.
After that, the gas enters theadsorption drying tower for deep drying and dehumidification to obtain a lower dew point, drier finished gas. 
The dried compressed air is returned to thehigh-efficiency precooler
In the final stage, a small portion of the heated dry compressed air is used as the regeneration gas source for the adsorbent, effectively improving regeneration efficiency while further reducing energy consumption.
The entire system operates with high stability and energy efficiency, ensuring gas dryness quality and extending the service life of the adsorbent.
